Lumiman Smart WiFi Light Bulb

The Amazon Echo Dot is the little brother of the Amazon Echo, it comes in a smaller format but packs all of the functionality. It will tell you the time, the weather, set alarms and reminders and will even let you know when your amazon packages have arrived.

You can ask it a variety of questions including simple arithmetic. Hey Alexa whats 10 times 20?

And of course you can control your music, connect it to Spotify or your Amazon Music account.

Furthermore, it will give you control over your smart lightbulbs.

Hey Alexa, turn the bedroom lights on! The Lumiman Smart WiFi Light Bulbs will easily integrate with the Amazon Echo Dot.

Change the color from natural white to any color in the spectrum using the app, or using your voice assistant.

You can dim these, turn them on and off, schedule them to turn on at a certain hour, the amount of functionality that you get for the price is incredible.

Add as many as you want to your setup.

  • Power Turn on the light bulb and then turn it off for more than 5 seconds

  • Turn the device on and off repeatedly in a not-so-fast interval until it starts flashing.

Final Step - Putting it all together

Control Your Smartlights with the Echo Dot

You can customize how your setup works by going to the Alexa app on your phone, tap on the bottom right on " Devices." There you can group your lights, for example if you have 2 in the kitchen and 2 in your room you can manage them separately. You might want your kitchen lights on and your room lights off.

Setup " Scenes " these are presets, say you want the lights to change to color blue when you say " party " you can do that!
